He holds an MSc in Management of Information Technology (University of Nottingham, UK) and a Degree in Business Administration (University of Macedonia, Greece). Since 2006 he has been involved with the elaboration of techno-economic studies, the preparation and submission of proposals in the context of Greek Development Law and several community programmes; the implementation, management and supervision of investment funded projects in a variety of enterprises in the framework of European and Greek programmes; the evaluation of 3rd CSF programmes, the support, consulting and project management for publicly funded investment plans, as well as the elaboration of specialized studies such as business plans and reengineering, to identify the funding opportunities and serve the diverse needs of companies and industries. He has also been included in the project team for the implementation of several European research projects of international participation. He speaks Greek and English.

Since 2006 he has been involved with the preparation and submission of techno-economic studies and proposals under the Greek Development Law and other national programmes, the elaboration; management and inspection of funded investment projects on behalf of several enterprises in the context of European and national programmes, the evaluation of 3rd CSF programmes, the auditing of investment projects approved by the Regional Operational Programme of the 3rd CSF, the preparation of investment plans in all economy sectors (manufacturing, tourism, services, trade, IT and high technology), the support, consulting and project management for publicly funded investment plans, as well as the elaboration of specialized studies such as business plans and reengineering, to serve the diverse needs of enterprises and industries. He has also participated in project teams for the implementation of various European projects. Finally, he holds significant experience in financial management and accounting support of enterprises in Greece. He speaks Greek and English.
She is a graduate of the Secretarial Division of ANATOLIA College of Thessaloniki and holds a 20-year professional experience in secretarial support. Since 1993, she has been involved with: the editing of corporate documents, translations, the preparation and collection of administrative documents for a variety of national and European tenders, the maintenance and update of corporate sites. She participated as a team member in the implementation of several European and Greek projects, while she offered secretarial services in many informative workshops, international conferences and seminars. She speaks Greek (mother tongue), English and Italian.
Athena Mantidi is an Urban Planner, M.Sc. holding a Bachelors Degree from the University of Thessaly, Greece and a Masters Degree from the University Lumière Lyon II, France. Since 2005 she has coordinated the development of various territorial cooperation EU co-funded projects. Her expertise lies mainly in the fields of research and innovation, environmental management for SMEs, urban mobility, water resources management etc. She has accumulated considerable experience in project evaluation (ex ante, ongoing, ex-post) through her participation in two successive interim evaluations of EU-funded pre-accession projects in Cyprus (Planning Bureau of Cyprus), in the independent assessment of public administration projects in Romania (DG Enlargement) and in the evaluation of the Regional Operational Program of Epirus 2007 – 2013 (Region of Epirus). She has also been active in providing technical support to the Greek Public Administration (coordination of the public consultation for water management projects – Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy) and the Greek Local Authorities (Public Private Parternships, Operational planning for Municipalities).
In 2017, she launched into freelance Conference Interpreting and translation, after having graduated from a two-year Conference Interpreting and Translation postgraduate studies programme of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is currently participating in the H2020 project Nano2All (www.nano2all.eu) for SYSTASI consulting.
